There is now a private web page for those who have purchased the book "How to Start and Produce a Magazine or Newsletter" third or fourth edition. One of the items available is an ad-rate and revenue calculator in the form of a spreadsheet. The fourth edition has the password and username on page 4. Most copies of the third edition have a username and password on a label inside the back cover of the book. If your copy does not have this label then you can follow these simple instructions:
